A 60/40 blend of Bacchus and Chardonnay grapes which were picked, pressed and vinified together to create a still wine with a captivating flinty character. Fresh and crisp on the palate, it leads to a steely backbone and a long, elegant finish. A perfect partner for fresh seafood.
