Woodchurch Wine Estate encourages all kinds of wildlife in the vineyard. At Woodchurch Wine Estate we don’t use herbicides or insecticides and we strive to keep any other chemical use to a minimum. We keep the grasses on the perimeter of the vineyard long to promote wildlife and wildflowers. Nature provides a balance, and, in our experience, it has proved better not to interfere with nature. This low intervention approach results in healthier vines leading to higher quality fruit and wines.

Woodchurch Vineyard welcomes visitors all year round to enjoy an authentic English vineyard experience. With indoor and outdoor seating and breath-taking views across the Kent countryside to the coast. Easily accessible from central London in just 36 minutes via high-speed train to Ashford International, followed by a short taxi ride, Woodchurch offers guided Kent wine tasting experiences, free self-guided vineyard tours, and curated wine flights. Open Thursday to Sunday, 11am–5pm, it’s a must-visit vineyard in the Garden of England.
