The creamy and fully ripened palate is bursting with a silky richness smothered in peachy flavours that are beautifully balanced with a firm yet integrated acidity. This wine is drinking charmingly now, but will further improve with cellar aging.
This 2023 Chardonnay is extra special, the last time we produced a still wine solely from Chardonnay grapes was in 2018.
