TASTING NOTES

A blend of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown exclusively on a single estate vineyard in Kent. Aged in oak barrels for 3 months and then for 5 years on lees in the bottle, the wine has developed rich notes of brioche and pastry. A wine of real depth and complexity!
