70% Bacchus, 30% Chardonnay

This wine has been made following a fully natural wine-making philosophy. The fermentation process uses wild yeasts occurring naturally on the skins. Zero fining and filtration retains all the natural flavours and results in a slightly hazy appearance in the glass.

Made from 70% Bacchus and 30% Chardonnay grapes all grown on our single estate vineyard, this is a very aromatic wine with elderflower and fresh apple mint on the nose. Punchy flavours of lime, grapefruit and spice persist in a long lasting finish.

Woodchurch Wine Estate have been supported by the following funds to help establish a new Distribution, Visitor and Events Centre and facilities at the Vineyard site.
