We've selectively set aside small batches from special vintages to allow them to mature and flourish. We're now offering two very special library release trio collections to purchase online. 

Each trio comes complete with detailed wine-making notes and vintage information. You can also print out vertical tasting sheets with key information about each wine. These sheets are perfect if you want to host an event or party with friends or family.

Taste the nuanced characteristics of each vintage, and discover how the grape varietals, dosage, the length of time on lees and the number of years post disgorgement contribute to the final expression of the wines.
